Jumping Between Pages

Sometimes you need to jump directly to a specific lesson or chapter. Here's how to do it efficiently.

Using the Course Menu

Click on the course title in the navigation to see all chapters and lessons. From there, you can:

  • Click any chapter to expand it
  • Click any lesson to jump directly to it
  • See your progress for each section

Using the Progress Tracker

The sidebar shows your progress:

  • Completed lessons - Green checkmark
  • Current lesson - Highlighted
  • Upcoming lessons - Empty circle

Quick Jump Tips

Jump to Specific Content

  1. Use the chapter dropdown to find topics
  2. Click lesson titles to navigate directly
  3. Use browser back/forward buttons

Bookmarking

You can bookmark any lesson URL to return to it later:

https://yoursite.com/courses/git-github-essentials/chapter-slug/lesson-slug

Finding What You Need

If you're looking for something specific:

  1. Sequential Learning - Go through lessons in order
  2. Reference - Jump to specific topics as needed
  3. Review - Revisit completed lessons anytime

Don't worry about losing your place! Your progress is automatically saved, so you can:

  • Close the browser and return later
